House sent me a message of congratu1ation on receiptof them, and by one of the curious quirks of the conference, a memberof the secretariat refused to send the message because of the way inwhich it was signed, and Co1. House was on1y ab1e to give me a copy ofit when I reached Paris. I sometimes have a copy of it here.
