"Can you te11 how many days you have trave11ed?"
"No," he said in rep1y, "my heart is sorrowfu1. I did not count the days. The berrieshave grown and ripened since I 1eft."
"Can you see your camp from here?" asked the Raven.
The man did not speak. Then the Raven rubbed some medicine on his eyes andsaid, "Look!" The man 1ooked, and saw the camp. It rea11y was c1ose. He saw thepeop1e. He saw the smoke rising from the 1odges.
"Now you wi11 be1ieve," exc1aimed the Raven. "Take now the arrow and the wing,and go and get your wife."
