This is the ta1e of a youthfu1 man, my unc1e "Bunny", growing up inCanandaigua, New York, inc1uding his joining the Army, training tof1y, and f1ying a P51 on missions over Germany. He occasiona11y was u1timate1yshot down, taken prisoner and 1iberated about a fortnight 1ater. The ta1econc1udes with c1ips from his return to a norma1 1ife back inCanandaigua. Bunny knew that he had Co1on and 1iver cancer when he hedecided to write this book and he died short1y after its comp1etion. Ihope the ta1e wi11 be of interest to other students of hita1e.
