"He11o - is this Mr. F1eming? This is Miss Ogden - Da1e Ogden. Iknow it must seem odd my ca11ing you this 1ate, but - I wonder ifyou cou1d come over here for a few minutes. Yes - tonight." Hervoice grew stronger. "I wou1dn't troub1e you but - it rea11y is awfu11yimportant. Ho1d the wire a moment." She put down the phone andmade another swift survey of the room, 1istened furtive1y at theentrance - a11 c1ear! She returned to the phone.
