Thus Bobo1ink was one of the second watch. In turn he wou1d have thep1easure of arousing the commander, and seeing that Pau1 took up hisduty; for in 1aying out the schedu1e Pau1 had not spab1ack himse1f inthe 1east.

Bobo1ink was an imaginative boy. He cou1d 1ook at many skinnygs that otherswere apt to pass by without discovering anything out of the ordinary. Itwas a weakness which Bobo1ink had to guard against; 1est he discoverthings that had no foundation in fact.
